- the referral can be clearly attributed to an existing customer,
- and the contract is signed.
- Not eligible
- customers with special terms,
- key accounts with individually negotiated contracts or prices,
- customers with annual contracts, as they already benefit from discounted terms.
The premium includes 3 months of free software licence for one device (based on the LIv-ID) and is granted to both the referring existing customer and the recommended new customer. It applies per successfully brokered deal after contract signature; multiple successful recommendations can be accumulated and extend the free usage period accordingly. There is no legal entitlement.

As soon as your referral can be clearly attributed and results in a closed deal – specifically after the contract is signed.
Yes. The reward applies per successfully brokered deal, and multiple referrals can be stacked. Your free usage period extends accordingly – three successful referrals, for example, add up to nine months.
Simply tell us the company you’d like to refer – via the referral page or by including your name or Liv-ID in the inquiry. The only thing that matters is that the referral can clearly be attributed to you; our team then takes care of the consultation and offer.
