Your logo
In this White-Label space, your logo is placed so that customers can integrate the Smart Fridge even better into existing concepts.
Touchscreen
Via the touchscreen, your customers can view the cart, retrieve nutritional information, enter voucher codes and much more. Stocking is also controlled through it.
Inviting product presentation
Through a glass door, framed by LED light strips. The door is permanently secured with two bolt locks and only opens after successful authorization.
The Smart-Fridge experience: simple, fast, delicious
1. OPEN
Using contactless credit or debit cards, mobile payment, your own app or an NFC employee card.
2. SELECT
Products can be removed by the customer, but also put back again. The cart is shown on the display.
3. ENJOY
As soon as the door closes, the amount for all removed products is billed and a digital receipt is created via QR code.

Role-based access rights and regular remote updates reduce downtime and risks. This keeps processes transparent and the theft or error rate below 0.01%.

You create items centrally in our Livello Cloud and adjust prices, names, SKUs, tax rates or planograms there. Changes are applied promptly at the kiosk.
You can stock it yourself or commission one of our service partners. The stocking process is straightforward and done in less than 5 minutes: activate stocking mode, the door opens, remove or add items, close – done.
Via the Livello Cloud, you can see stock levels, sales, peak times and legally compliant temperature logs. Exports for accounting/controlling are possible at any time – for full transparency and efficient planning.
Yes. Any tax rate can be configured per item (including 7% and 19%). The kiosk reflects these correctly and applies them automatically.
Customers hold their card or wallet to the terminal. After the brief pre-authorization, the door opens. Items removed are displayed in real time on the screen; anything put back disappears automatically from the cart. When the door is closed, the actual amount is billed.
